A. Develop technology solutions for production under 0.15 micron

 TMC positively improves the mass production and service of PSM in KrF
beam source and OPC under 0.13 micron. In order to upgrade our
manufacturing technologies, new facilities for research and development
will be associated with local ventures and IC firms overseas.

B. Equipment supported for the manufacturing under 0.13 micron and more advanced products

Besides exquisite technologies for photomask tooling service, our
solid, dedicated equipments are certainly expected to support 0.13
micron mass production of 12" wafer foundries and many other advanced
products.
